Hypnosis is a naturally-occurring state, similar to daydreaming or meditation. You can experience this natural state while watching television, driving a car or even vacuuming. It is also called a trance state. Hypnosis is used for weight loss, to quit smoking, to help anxiety, improve confidence, and a whole lot more.
How hypnosis works
I work together with you, to help you experience this relaxed, natural state. In this state we can bypass the conscious mind so that your problems can be resolved on an unconscious level. Suggestions are made to your unconscious mind and then you have the power to choose to accept these suggestions. You cannot be hypnotised unless you want to and are willing to make changes in your life. I also utilise hypnosis to integrate all of your learnings from your sessions, preserving your learnings, so that if you need them in the future they will be there.
